Who we are

CoCreACT® was founded by Katrin Elster in 2015, growing out of decades of practice at the intersection of co-creation, complexity and organizational change. The platform brings together three learning paths — From Intent to Impact, Navigating Ambiguity and CoCreACT® Facilitation — each anchored in published research and years of applied work.

CoCreACT® wurde 2015 von Katrin Elster gegründet, aus jahrzehntelanger Praxis an der Schnittstelle von Co-Creation, Komplexität und organisationalem Wandel. Katrin Elster

Katrin Elster has been designing strategic co-creation since 1999, with LEGO® Serious Play® and CoCreACT®, in international corporations, universities and communities. She is the founder of StrategicPlay® and CoCreACT®, and co-author of "MACHT! — Mit Co-Creation von guten Absichten zu echter Wirkung" (2025, with Dörte Schröder) and "Leading in Ambiguity — How to Transform Uncertainty into Possibilities" (2022, with Tamara Christensen).

Katrin Elster gestaltet und lehrt strategische Co-Creation seit 1999, mit LEGO® Serious Play® und CoCreACT®, in internationalen Konzernen, Hochschulen und Communities. Dörte Schröder

Dörte Schröder brings transformative organizational development to CoCreACT®. As a mathematician and pragmatic agilist, she has been supporting agile transitions, team development and organizational change for years, with a gift for seeing the ripple effects that only become visible years later. She is co-author of "MACHT! — Mit Co-Creation von guten Absichten zu echter Wirkung" (2025, with Katrin Elster).

Dörte Schröder bringt transformative Organisationsentwicklung in CoCreACT® ein. Als Mathematikerin und pragmatische Agilistin begleitet sie seit Jahren agile Übergänge, Teamentwicklung und organisationalen Wandel, mit einem Gespür für Welleneffekte, die oft erst Jahre später sichtbar werden. Sie ist Co-Autorin von "MACHT! — Mit Co-Creation von guten Absichten zu echter Wirkung" (2025, mit Katrin Elster).
